We'll have an area reserved for us at Bar Four: Hard Days Night Hotel, where a host will be waiting to welcome you when you arrive and settle you in to the Social. (Make sure you check here before the Social to see who is hosting)
Keep your eyes peeled for a CitySocialising logo on the table or ask the venue staff for the table reserved under the name CitySocialising.

We'll be starting the night for cocktails at the ultra cool Hard Days Night Hotel, then going down Matthew Street to call in at venues such as Lennons Bar and The Grapes and then heading off to probably the world's most famous music venue and shrine to The Beatles - The Cavern Club, a venue where so many great bands have started their careers with an amazing set and one that prides themselves on offering great exposure to up and coming local bands, artists and everything in between.
With music ranging from 60's tributes and Rock n Roll, to Folk, Funk and Soul everyone's covered no matter what your taste in tunes is! With a friendly atmosphere and good crowd, The Cavern Club is the ultimate music venue with a huge sound system to rock the place all night long! Take into some great conversation with fellow Beatles aficionados, rare memorabilia at every turn, a great selection of beers, spirits and imported specialities in all venues, and it all adds up to another top night of CitySocialising!

Admission to The Cavern ranges from free to a few pounds.


We'd love you to join us and meet a great new crowd in your city. And don't worry if you're the first to book, just:
RSVP to confirm if you are coming (if this is your first social please read the Regular Social Notes below) and then:

* post a message on the Comments board to introduce yourself and chat to your fellow guests (you will receive an email each time your host posts something here)

* check the guestlist to see who else is coming and drop your host and everyone else a message to say hi

* After the Social go to "My Social Diary" and, from your "Past Socials" section, earn points for free gifts and membership upgrades by rating and reviewing the day/night and uploading and sharing photos and videos with your fellow guests!

* And of course remember to add the profiles of the people you got on with to your Friends List to keep in touch and invite them to other Socials you attend.

Regular Socials Notes:

Money:
Unless otherwise indicated, for all Socials you will be expected to cover your own costs, so please ensure that you bring enough cash to cover e.g. your own ticket/entry price, food, drinks, relative service charge etc.

For food Socials one bill is usually provided for the table. Therefore, make sure you keep note of what food and drinks you order and how much it costs as the group will be expected to split the bill fairly at the end of the meal.

What to wear:
Feel free to wear what you want but, if in doubt, double-check with the venue before you attend a Social. Some clubs, for example, won't allow scruffy clothes, and for Outdoor Socials remember to wear appropriate clothing and bring waterproofs in case of rain.

Cancellations:
If, the day before this Social is due to take place, less than 6 members are available to attend, this Social will be cancelled. CitySocialising HQ will notify you by phone or email and update the information here. Therefore, please ensure you've entered your correct mobile number in your Profile. This is strictly confidential and used only in emergencies by CS staff.
